4. Intellectual Property
The SonicLab platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SonicLab. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Audio files you process through SonicLab remain your property. We do not claim any rights to your audio content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any audio you process.
5. Client-Side Processing
All audio processing on SonicLab occurs entirely within your web browser. Your audio files are never uploaded to our servers. As a result, we cannot recover or restore any processed audio. You are responsible for saving your own work.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Audio processing results may vary depending on your browser, device capabilities, and input file quality.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SonicLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Free Service & Future Changes
SonicLab's core audio tools are currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features, modify pricing, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

SonicLab may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms. Since SonicLab does not require accounts, termination may be implemented through IP-based or browser-based restrictions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
