Before Reaching Out
Files aren't uploading
SonicLab processes audio client-side. If a file won't load, check that it's a supported format (MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC) and under 500MB. Try a different browser if the issue persists.
Audio sounds distorted after processing
If using Bass Booster or Volume Booster, enable the built-in Limiter to prevent clipping. Reducing gain slightly often resolves distortion.
Can I use SonicLab for commercial projects?
Yes. SonicLab processes your audio locally — we have no access to your files and impose no licensing restrictions on the output. The processed audio is yours.
